As a small, family-owned dental practice, we’re proud to serve the local communities of Round Rock, Hutto, Pflugerville, and Austin. With expertise in dental surgery and orthodontics, our skilled team of dentists and specialists provides a full range of services, including routine cleanings, implants, fillings, exams, wisdom teeth extractions, gum health support, and cosmetic services like teeth whitening, veneers, and Invisalign.
Our practice philosophy is centered on excellence in care and compassion. We take the time to explain your dental health, why specific treatments are recommended, and what could happen if certain procedures are delayed, so you feel fully informed and confident. Our team will never pressure you into unnecessary treatments, and we empower you to understand your records for greater peace of mind.

Dr. Hsu
Dr Allan Hsu, DDS is a highly respected general dentist for 16 years, where he is known for her gentle approach and dedication to patient care. Born in Los Angeles, Dr. Hsu earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the UCSF school of Dentistry. Committed to excellence, he regularly advances his skills through continuing education and is a proud member of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Hsu offers a comprehensive range of services, from preventive care to cosmetic enhancements, and takes pride in crafting beautiful, natural-looking smiles. He believes in the importance of patient education and comfort, ensuring each visit is a positive experience.
When not helping her patients achieve their best smiles, Dr. Hsu trains his 3 boys to live out his dream of becoming a professional golfer! He also enjoys playing basketball and pickleball and watching movies.
Dr. Castro
Dr. Stephanie Castro is a general dentist who has been in the Austin area since 2019. She attended dental school in Dallas at Texas A&M College of Dentistry. Prior to dental school she completed her undergraduate education at Rice University in Houston, where she earned her BA in English. She served as cheerleading captain her senior year at Rice after being a cheerleader for almost 10 years. In dental school, she was class social chair, a member of the Hispanic Dental Association, and president of her dental fraternity, Psi Omega.
Dr. Castro is experienced in family dentistry, and her favorite part of dentistry is being able to relieve pain and restore confidence in her patients. Her goal is comprehensive care that is tailored to each individual patient, which focuses on the patient’s goals and priorities, as well as educating and empowering patients to make the best treatment decisions for themselves.
She takes a collaborative approach to help patients take steps towards improving their health and confidence. Dr. Castro believes dental visits should be comfortable, pain-free, and informative.
Outside of the office, Dr. Castro is busy with two kids at home. She listens to true crime podcasts in her downtime and enjoys cardio barre, yoga, and trying new restaurants.
Dr. Sharaf
Dr. Sharaf received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in his home country of Egypt in 2011. Following graduation, he practiced as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for five years, and in 2016, he began attending the University of Southern California where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2018. Dr. Sharaf has also completed a one-year oral and maxillofacial surgery internship at Louisiana State University where he received training in the areas of: complex oral surgery procedures; oral and facial surgery inpatient management; operating room oral surgery; and, implant dentistry procedures.
Dr. Sharaf is currently a member of the Texas Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and his local district dental society. In his spare time, Dr. Sharaf enjoys spending time at the lake with friends, playing tennis, and flying.

Dr. Akli
Dr. Evangelos Akli completed his studies at the University of Athens in Greece where he achieved his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and graduated first in his class. He was then offered a scholarship to move to the US and pursue his Master of Science in Dentistry degree at Saint Louis University. He there received the class award for best research and was invited to present his findings at various Universities in South Korea and Brazil. Dr. Akli is now a Board-certified Orthodontist.
Dr. Akli was inspired to become an Orthodontist by his dad with whom he shares the same passion. He is passionate about his work and loves being able to give his patients the smile that they always dreamt of. He is driven by his daily interaction with his patients and loves how their personality grows as they build confidence in their smiles. Dr. Akli takes pride in the attention to detail that he puts in every time he sees his patients. When he isn’t practicing dentistry, Dr. Akli enjoys working out, cooking, spending time with friends, and hopping around the beautiful Greek islands.

Practice Manager
Susan, Red Bud Dental’s Practice Manager, moved to central Texas in 2008 and resides in Round Rock with her family. Susan has worked in dentistry for over 20 years and has learned the ins and outs of handling insurance.
She is determined to make sure all of our patients receive the adequate benefits and is able to do so with little or no assistance from patients. Susan is looking forward to meeting you and the Round Rock community. On her off time you can find Susan shopping, working out or spending time with her family.
Dental Assistant
Bivi, a registered dental assistant (RDA) was born and raised in Georgetown, TX! Bivi is a Registered Dental Assistant and is Radiology, Jurisprudence, Infection Control, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring, and CPR Certified.
She enjoys meeting new faces every day and making everyone feel welcomed. In her spare time Bivi enjoys shopping, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Dental Assistant
Maria Aquino is originally from Rio Grande Valley and has been RDA for over 8 years. She loves getting to know all of her patients and helping them feel at ease for each visit. Maria lives in Pflugerville with her 2 daughters and son. She enjoys movie night with her family, dining out at new local restaurants, thrift shopping, and traveling back on some weekends to RGV (Rio Grande Valley) to see her siblings and extended family.
Billing Manager
Hailey, Red Bud Dental’s Billing Manager was born and raised in TEXAS, Hailey’s laugh can brighten anyone’s day – great for anyone coming to “the dentist.” She is here to help verify your insurance information and will be one of the last people you see smiling and taking care of your appointment. Hailey is a Registered Dental Assistant and is Radiology, Jurisprudence, Infection Control, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring, and CPR Certified. She enjoys meeting new faces every day and making everyone feel welcomed. In her spare time you can find her enjoying the outdoors of Texas hunting, fishing, riding horses, or just enjoying family by the lake.
