I loved my first visit. My Doctor took the time to show me each of her recommendations with X-rays and pictures. She answered all my questions and gave me clarity - I hadn’t had that in a dentist before. She never tried to oversell, but showed me what we should tackle first. It was a great visit!
Great folks here, efficient and kind. No upselling (you know who you are, upselling dentists) and interested in getting a wholistic picture of your dental health so they can help you work toward achievable goals. Might be a personal preference but having Great British Bake Off on while in the chair is a GREAT distraction!
I've been a patient of Dr. Hsu at Red Bud Dental for a couple of years. Dr. Hsu is professional and caring. He remembers me every time I have an appointment and asks about my well being. He takes the time to explain procedures and answers questions diligently. I feel at ease during my appointments and do not feel pressured to do unnecessary procedures.
I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to sitting in a dental chair, but this office truly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They take their time, explain everything clearly, and always check in before moving on to the next step, which made a huge difference for me. The staff is incredibly friendly, patient, and understanding from the moment you walk in. I’m so grateful for the care they provide and highly recommend them to anyone who struggles with dental anxiety or just wants a team that truly cares.
Dr. Sharaf and his assistant, Susan, took excellent and professional care of me when I had an unexpected infection in a tooth occuring over a holiday. They both came in on a Sunday just to make sure I had the treatment I needed to get well. I appreciate their compassion and gift of time.
