Rebecca Rightmer, DDS
Dr. Rightmer completed her training at University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, as well as an additional year of General Practice Residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Dr. Rightmer grew up in Taiwan and moved to the US in High School. She is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English. She enjoys learning about everyone’s different life experiences and brings that care and interest to her dental patients. When she is not working, you will find her volunteering at Texas Mission of Mercy and on international mission trips. She understands that each person has his/her unique dental story, and various readiness for dental treatments. Her goal is to understand each patient to the best of her abilities and provide them the best possible dental care given their life circumstances.
Before completing her training, Dr. Rightmer was awarded two Pre-Doctoral Awards, from the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry respectively. She is now an active participant in local and national study clubs (Capital Area Dental Society, New Dentist Study Club, Seattle Study Club, The Dawson Academy, Spear Education, Misch Implant Institute, Invisalign, American General Dentistry, and the American Dental Association). She plans to become a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry soon.
In her leisure time, Dr. Rightmer enjoys kayaking on Lady Bird Lake, listening to live music, and spending time with her husband and puppy.
